Who is Skip? It’s a mystery to be sure. His origins are not truly known, but some say that he appears on high value stamps in Sweden, and that his sweat can be used to clean precious metals. It’s rumored that he never blinks and is afraid of bells. Wherever you are in the world, if you tune your radio to 88.4, you can sometimes hear his thoughts. The details of his past are sketchy at best, with bits and pieces of gossip and conjecture hinting at a period of deep undercover activity in the employ of certain shady government agencies. Nightmarish details of time spent on the US Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Board, and the horrors of the Federal Geographic Data Committee are better left undisturbed. It was shortly after this that radio became a part of his life. Skip has tried all kinds of things to keep him distracted, he's been in 2 movies, done a bunch of television commercials, and even had his own TV show on UPN! (no, really! That last part is true!)
