In 2001 Skip Kelly hosted "The Movie Loft" for the UPN network. Shot at superstation WSBK in Boston, the show was carried internationally on UPN via Dish Network. During that time, Skip shot numerous station promos for both UPN and sister CBS station WBZ. Footage from interviews Skip has done with Ricky Martin, Nelly Furtado, Lionel Richie and others has been featured on both MTV and Entertainment Tonight. He also did various local commercials for the Boston area, hosted the PBS fundraising telethon for WGBH, and even did some acting for fun in a couple independent films.
